Methodology: how this reference is built

Cheesecake Factory Menu USA is an independent reference. Everything published here is either directly observable from The Cheesecake Factory’s own consumer-facing sources or is a straightforward derivation from them (for example, sorting locations by distance from a coordinate we already have). This page describes exactly where the data comes from, how often it is refreshed, and just as importantly what we do not claim to know.
1. Sources
- Menu, categories, prices and descriptions: the operator’s own online-ordering system, which is what a customer sees when placing an order for pickup or delivery from a specific restaurant.
- Nutrition (calories, fat, sodium, protein, sugars, allergens): the operator’s published nutrition information as it appears in the same ordering surface.
- Locations (address, phone, coordinates, hours, service flags such as dine-in / takeout / delivery / curbside): the operator’s public store-locator records.
- Derived values only: distance between two locations (haversine on the coordinates above), category counts, state and city rollups, alphabetical ordering. No pricing, calorie, or availability value is ever invented, averaged, or interpolated.

3. Refresh cadence
Every menu record is regenerated from the source of record and republished as a static build. Menu and price data are re-pulled at least monthly, and again whenever a reader-reported change is accepted. Location records because they change more slowly are reconciled on the same cadence. Every page carries the date it was last checked from; a page dated in the past is still what our source said on that date, and is not a live feed.
4. How values are handled
- Every price, calorie and allergen value shown on an item page is the raw value from the source never an average across locations and never rounded.
- Every restaurant page is generated from a single source record; hours are shown per weekday, not summarised.
- Fields that the source leaves blank are shown as blank. We do not fill in a phone number, a set of hours, or a service flag we cannot confirm.
- Where regional pricing exists, prices are reported as a range (minimum to maximum observed across ordering locations) and labelled as such.
- Nutrition and allergen values are shown alongside a plain-language reminder that preparation, substitutions and cross-contact can change what actually reaches the table.
5. What we do not claim
- We are not affiliated with The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, and nothing on this site should be read as an official statement from the company.
- We do not guarantee that a specific item is available on a specific day at a specific restaurant. Menus, hours and prices change; the operator is the final authority.
- We do not publish medical, dietary or allergy advice. Guests with allergies or medical dietary requirements must confirm ingredients with the restaurant before ordering.
- We do not accept payment, gifts or editorial input from restaurant operators, franchisees, delivery platforms or third-party vendors in exchange for coverage, ranking or wording.
6. Corrections
If you find a value on this site that disagrees with what the operator publishes, or with what you were served or charged, please write to corrections@thecheesecakefactorymenu.us. Include the page URL and, if possible, a photo or receipt. Accepted corrections are applied in the next build and the date on the affected pages advances accordingly.
