While ingredient lists and names come from the restaurant's published menu, the rest — what a dish tastes like, how it is prepared, flavor balances, and what to know before ordering — is our own original writing, not reproduced from the restaurant's marketing copy.

Where the data comes from

Our menu data is compiled from The Cheesecake Factory's published nutrition guide and its public location menu pages. Prices and nutrition figures come directly from these published sources. Where we cannot confirm a specific value, we leave it blank rather than estimating. We don't estimate or average figures the restaurant hasn't published.

Data Structure & Presentation

Nutrition figures and prices appear in the structured data tables on each page rather than in written descriptions, ensuring they stay synchronized when source guides update. Category summary metrics (such as item counts and price ranges) are computed directly from the underlying menu dataset at build time.
